Sales training with the Industry 4.0 vehicle

Although the topics of Industry 4.0 and digitalization have been with us for a long time, there is a lack of practical and illustrative examples for possible projects.

 

This is where the i4.0 vehicle of Fluid Engineering comes in and enables both customers and external sites to experience solution approaches from the HYDAC universe. Existing projects and products are presented and new ideas are cultivated.

 

For this purpose, our colleagues from Fluid Engineering Automotive visited the sales department of the Southwest field office with the i4.0 vehicle.

By dividing the participants into small groups, the training could be carried out in compliance with all current Corona regulations - there were no restrictions for both theory and the practical part.

In the theoretical part of the training, the advantages and disadvantages of various systems were discussed and the differences highlighted. The suitability of products for different applications was outlined and both opportunities and limitations were pointed out. Possible focal points were presented and payment models discussed.

To consolidate the topics the presentation was transitioned into the i4.0 vehicle. Here, the direct comparison of various systems, such as the Data+ Box and the CSI-C-11 was possible and further terminology, such as webserver, local server and cloud were explained using the CMX software.

During the entire training session, the instructors repeatedly focused on client and customer strategy, which resulted in further ideas and additional uses of the i4.0 vehicle as an "on-site exhibition stand" where all of a customer's employees can obtain information throughout the day.

The sales training ended with a lot of positive Feedback from the trainees.
