Controls, working and additional hydraulics

Mobile controls as a complete package of: hydraulics, sensors, electronics and software; everything from one source or as individual components.

HYDAC offer mobile valves for standard actuation types (manual, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic or electro-proportional) on different hydraulic circuits and options. Whether in open or closed circuits, in monoblock or disk construction, or a combination of the two; also available with load-sensing controls. In this way we have created a modular system for flexible design of your complex controls up to approx. 180 l/min and for pressure ranges of up to 350 bar.

  • The proportional pressure reducing valve PDR08-11 is a direct-controlled 3-way pressure valve in slide construction with output-side pressure protection of the main applications as pilot control for directional valves.

6/2-way change-over valve

For activating different consumers with oil supply. Function can be extended as required.

Priority valve

The mobile priority valve MPV or the DW12P (priority pressure compensator) are used where hydraulic functions have to operate with priority, e.g. steering or braking.
The primary function is supplied in priority from the pump once it is initiated. The remaining oil flow can be used for other functions.

Emergency steering pump kit

Should the power supply for the steering system fail, the vehicle can be brought safely to a halt.

Diesel tanking pump kit

Filling the fuel tank is possible on the vehicle independent of a stationary tanking system.

Hoist suspension

Hydropneumatic suspension system for bucket hoists. The control block is connected to the piston and rod side of the hoist cylinder and the suspension unit.


The system absorbs the pitch oscillations occurring during driving.

High operating safety is achieved during the working process due to active pressure compensation.

Cabin suspension

Hydropneumatic cabin suspension with adapted damping and level regulation for full utilization of the cabin spring deflection.
