Plastic couplings for the KN series are conceived for utilisation in maintenance plants for industrial batteries. Here they are used in order to fill and ventilate the battery cells.
The couplings are produced from high-quality plastic with great heat and dimensional stability. As a result, they can also be utilised in the medical technology sector, e.g in dialysis plants.
The spring-charged sliding collar is shifted axially for coupling and uncoupling. The locking of the halves of the coupling is carried out with precision spheres. The design of the coupling enables the utilisation of coupling plugs both with and without valve in a socket with valve.
