SMU 1100

The SensorMonitoring Unit SMU 1100 is a minimum-size control unit for displaying and saving measurement value data in a PC network. The measurement values are stored on an interchangeable MMC memory card. All of the measured values of all of the connected sensors are depicted cyclically in the display. The following sensors can be connected directly:
  • ContaminationSensor CS 1000, CS 2000
  • AquaSensor AS 1000, AS 2000
  • Oil level sensor HYDACLab® HLB 1000
  • Clogging indicator VL X GW
  • Simple attachment parallel to the customer system
  • High protection class, no switch cabinet construction required
  • Sensor connections via M12x1 plug-in connectors (no specialist personnel required for the installation)
  • No programming necessary
  • Read-out of the measurement values from the interchangeable MMC memory card via card reader
  • Simple data processing and data evaluation by means of FluMoS or MS-Excel
  • Forwarding of the measured values via an Ethernet interface by means of OPC server
  • Automatic programme start after resumption of voltage
