CMP

The ConditionMonitoring Package CMP is an Online Condition Monitoring System for the continuous monitoring of solid particle contamination and water saturation in hydraulic and lubrication fluids. Thanks to the integrated motor-pumps unit and to the fluid sensors CS 1000 and AS 1000, the CMP is the ideal complete solution for inspecting oil for solid particles and water. The application takes place not only in the pressure-bearing line of a lubrication system but also out of the tank or in the filter-cooling circuit of a hydraulic system. The CMP is integrated directly into the customer's own evaluation system as an OEM solution.   ConditionMonitoring Package for potentially explosive zones CMP 1000 Ex The CMP 1000 Ex consists of a flameproof encapsulated sensor connection block, equipped with an optical particle counter for determining the fluid cleanliness (ISO monitor) and a fluid condition sensor for determining the water saturation and changing aging conditions of monitored fluids. In addition, the CMP 1000 Ex is equipped with the data logger and network interface HYDAC CSI-C-11 for local storage of measured values and their transmission to higher-level control, condition monitoring or process control systems like the HYDAC CMX.
