MCMS 2000

The MachineConditionMonitoring System MCMS 2000 is a condition monitoring system that specially tailored to the requirements of industrial gearboxes and stationary hydraulics systems with auxiliary power units mounted on roller bearings (e.g. pumps, electric motors).

Thanks to the simultaneous measurement of fluid, vibration and process parameters, imminent damage can be detected early and unplanned system downtimes can be avoided.

Central system administration and data analysis tool for this is the FluMoS expert software included in the scope of delivery. In addition to the administration of several MCMSs in a single software, it enables a database- and cloud-based storage of measurement data and high-performance tools for measurement data visualization and analysis.
