ELECTRONIC PRESSURE SWITCHES

Electronic pressure switches offer a multitude of advantages in comparison with mechanical pressure switches and contact manometers. They convince though greater accuracy, freedom from wear, long-term stability, simpler operation and the high number of switching cycles, among other things.

  • EDS 4000, for mobile and stationary hydraulics, set ex-works or programmable,
    depending on the version for explosion-hazard environments with ATEX, CSA, IECEx approval
  • EDS 810 for OEM applications in the the industrial and mobile sectors, factory preset,
    with ECE type approval for public road traffic, optionally with IO-Link interface
  • EDS 710, for series applications in industrial and mobile sector where the dimensions of the cavity are tight, extremely small, compact design, set ex-works

Technology

  • Thick-layer DMS on ceramic diaphragm (low-pressure range)

Standard pressure ranges

  • Between 0 ... 1 and 0 ... 600 / 1000 bar relative pressure, depending on the version
  • Up to 2.5 bar absolute pressure
  • Adjustment also in PSI and MPa
  • Other pressure ranges and special adjustments also upon request
